Placed an order 13 May. Tracking my shoes, they have yet to leave California 29 May. No response to email or no wya to contact by phone. No idea if I’ll get my shoes, or if I’ll be able to get a refund if they don’t show.
NOONE answers the phone, nor emails you back. Ive always used Pleaser brand, but I cant even make a purchase because noone will pick up the phone or email me back. Absolutely ridiculous. I have questions on some heels, and wanted to know BEFORE I bought 4 different pairs. Glad I didn't buy them, because I probably couldn't have sent them back. Plus 2 were non refundable, and I had questions about why they were non refundable or returnable items. BUT guess what!? Can't get ahold of anyone.

Very happy with my shoes and super fast shipping, I was shipping to New Zealand and my order turned up in less then a week! Will buy from pleasers again!

Decent store for high heels if you're a crossdresser, my shoes got delivered within the week despite living in Europe.
That said, I cannot comment on the quality of the shoes, I managed to damage the heels a bit, but I'm unsure if this is my own fault or if its poor quality, as I am new to walking in heels, as well as a reckless action of trying to ride my bicycle wearing them and running the heels into the pavement in the process.
They did come with a pair of additional heel tips in case the original ones get damaged, both the original and replacement include metal dowels.
First of all, the customer service is the worst ever. They just reply, because they probably have to, without actually answering your question.
Secondly, the size chart is completely useless, because there is no cm or in. I wear EU 37.5 (24.5 cm), so I ordered EU 38 (which they claim to be US 8) and those were small, so I returned them.
Thirdly, the shipping was supposed to be free for the USA (I ordered via my friend, so he would measure the insole length, because it's easier to return from USA to USA, than from Europe to USA) BUT I WAS CHARGED (twice, because I had to order US 9, which were too big in the end).
If you're asking yourself whether they are comfortable, when they are too long and too wide for your foot they are most surely not.
Last, but definitely not least, it is written on the website that they are leather, even though only the upper sole is leather. There are people like me who are alergic to most man made materials.
PS. I asked the customer service to tell me the insole length of the two sizes I was unsure about. It is written on the box, so they didn't even need to measure it themselves (which is extremely easy, by the way).
PPS.If anyone is wondering the insole length of thr US 9 of this pair, it is 25.8 cm.
I was guaranteed 2nd day air shipping, my second payment for my purchase is almost due and I still don’t have my shoes because they opted to ship them the least expensive way possible with fedex smart post, which means it was accepted through fedex and handed off to usps to be delivered whenever they show up! I am very disappointed and the company has done nothing to try and rectify the situation! I have printed my return label and will be returning my entire order whenever it shows up! I will not do business with a dishonest company, I hate to even think how long it will take them to process my return once I am able to ship the items back.
I love there shoes!!!!!! I have about 20 pairs. They look great with all my outfits i wear. None of them have broke like the previous reviews said!! I recommend anyone wanting a new high heel sexy shoe to buy shoes or boots from them!
Pleaser shoes are garbage.
I have 2 pairs I bought around the same time.
I wore one pair runway modelling [so walking gently in a straight line for less than 2 mins] and the heel almost completely separated from the shoe. I contacted them and they would not offer ANY help. I took the shoe to be repaired and the repair guy told me that there are supposed to be nails that hold a shoe together, Not just glue. They can't even be fixed properly because yes, he glued it again for me but he says they will just keep falling apart because pleaser didn't use proper techniques manufacturing the shoe. I have a second pair I have NEVER gotten to wear yet, still in the box. I just went to put them on....the heel is falling off one....like seriously... just don't waste your money...
I have $10 walmart heels that have lasted years and still look new.
We need a new company to support as dancers.
I bought to pairs of pleaser shoes and after my fifth time wearing the the boot began separating from the sole. I sent pics. They asked for pics of the sole and I sent them that which of course shows no wear. And they just stopped responding. I have sent five emails and they just plain stopped answering. We need a new shoe spot to support! I am rallying all our sisters to divert their purchases. We vote with our dollar.
May 13 order. My shoes never arrived. I called, and called and called. It’s taken me two weeks to get a response. No reply back to emails, or messages. Left comments on other socials for someone to contact me, but no response.
Finally June 6 (overseas), they answer my call. Say the package is with usps, I ask for a tracking number, they say it’s the same as fedex, (they are not the same, fedex will tell you that) guy on the line was like it’s lost. I have a screenshot of their undelivered package faq. I was told they do not send replacements, but only offer refunds. No where is that stated on their page.....
Do not recommend them at all.
